How do we get more young boys in to Computer and Electrical Engineering?

I train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu(BJJ).  I am a member of a BJJ gym and I go to a lot of BJJ tournaments and events.  Because of this I get to meet young people, and after talking to some of them, I learned that most are not interested in Computer and Electrical Engineering. 

Why do we need more young boys to become interested in Computer and Electrical Engineering? At my current job, a few months back, my then manager was trying to hire for an open programming position and people where just not applying.

I receive emails/ phone calls all the time from local recruiters.  It seem like they are not many of us. I also get emails from amazon recruiters a lot. So, it seems like Companies are looking, but just not finding anyone.

I am currently working on a project solo that took a team of people at a different company 2 years to complete.  

This is why we need to get more young boys interested in Computer and Electrical Engineering. The more people we have the more work we can get done.

Also have you heard of a company called Infosys?  Infosys is a company out of India. I have worked with them a lot in my 6 years.  Infosys gets a lot of work, because we do not have a lot of  

Computer and Electrical Engineers in the US. 

 So any ideas?
